Hourly Requirements:
General Seasonal Work Schedule March 15 – December 15 (Avg. 50 Hours per week)
Minimum Position Requirements:
1 Year of Crew Management Experience
3 Years of Landscape Industry Experience
Valid Chauffeur’s License & DOT Medical Card
No Major Violations or Alcohol Related Offenses
Pass A Pre-Hire Drug Screen & Background Check Eligibility & Fluent Ability To Operate Industry Relatable Equipment
Basic Management Requirements:
Educate & Train Persons In The Positions Below You Ability To Efficiently Fill-In for Crew Leader; As Needed Communication with co-workers/managers/owner Artistic Vision
Material Coordination & Management Coordinate Shop Loading/Unloading
Technical Knowledge Of:
Plant Material, Care & Maintenance Concrete Paver, Wall & Step Products Natural Stone Paver, Wall & Step Products Bulk Materials & Planting Bed Preparation Basic Irrigation Systems & Repair Landscape Care & Maintenance
