I’m sitting here this morning enjoying the quiet before the storm. The last few years have been spectacular and this year appears to be continuing the trend. One of the main reasons I think we’ve continued to grow has been our commitment to client service. I like to use the work “client” because to me it means so much more than “customer”. To me, the word implies a relationship with our homeowners. Our company is a small one with not much room for error, but more than that, it’s part of who I am as the owner and part of who we are as a team.
I expect the same from us that I expect from others that we do business with. We have established many relationships with our suppliers, other contractors, service providers, & clients over the years. With that, we have developed a culture about our business that you see when we create our outdoor living spaces.
I’ve found most people I know & work with prefer & trust recommendations from friends & family. We don’t have a huge marketing budget as we don’t need one. Our efforts are focused on improving ourselves & our business which translates into creating the relationships that we want to have. I enjoy working with our clients year after year and I always appreciate those that will come up and give me a hug. To me that says we’re part of your family & that’s why I love what I do.
